Aaron completed a Bachelor degree in Exercise Physiology and a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy. He is a passionate and experienced physiotherapist and is also the Director of Helensburgh Physiotherapy and Aevum Physiotherapy.

Aaron believes strongly in the ability of exercise prescription as a form of rehabilitation and injury prevention, the outlay and structure of the clinics reflect this belief. The clinics are equipped with med-tech and exercise rehabilitation equipment. The products and equipment utilised have been subject to extensive testing and development by the scientific-medical teams of the suppliers. Suppliers include Technogym, GameReady, Kore Technologies and AlterG. He brings the innovative clinical setting developed in his founding clinic in Helensburgh to physiotherapy in the Sutherland Shire.

Aaron is dedicated to ensuring that the clinical setting is equipped to give the greatest benefit to all patients at Aevum and the treatment protocols followed by clinical staff are informed by the latest scientific research.

Beth is a practicing physiotherapist in the Sutherland Shire and accredited exercise physiologist with a masters in Sports Science and over twelve years fulfilling health, exercise and fitness roles. Whilst completing her Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra Beth received the Dux Award and was also recognised for Academic Excellence. Beth received an award for Professional Excellence from the Australian Physiotherapy Association – Neurological Award. Awards for Professional excellence are administered by the APA, the peak body for physiotherapists to celebrate the commitment and outstanding achievements of its members.

During her career Beth has provided treatment to Professional athletes including the Brumbies, Canberra Raiders and Canberra United W League players.

Utilising her exercise physiology background and knowledge of exercise science, Beth has a passion for assessing and treating presenting clients in a holistic manner. Her Masters studies in physiotherapy complement and enhance her proficiency in exercise physiology and exercise science.

Riordan has spent years studying the foot exclusively.  He has benefited and learnt from the passionate clinicians and scientists’ who have followed Mr Hohmann in discovering how to care for the foot.

Riordan is a practicing podiatrist in the Sutherland Shire NSW and is passionate about helping his patients achieve optimal lower limb biomechanics. Riordan is continually adding to his skill sets and is always looking for ways to ensure his patients get the best care and results. Riordan has undertaken courses in Dry Needling, Prolotherapy, Gait analysis and has been taught multiple mobilisation techniques.

For appointments for podiatry in the Sutherland Shire Riordan offers a comprehensive biomechanical assessment and development of a custom treatment plan to get his patients pain free sooner, with the aim of promoting optimum health.
