Neurological physiotherapy is specialist rehabilitation for people whose movement has been affected by a condition of the brain, spinal cord or nerves. At Aevum, our neurological physiotherapy service is delivered through NeuroHub — combining high-intensity, task-specific therapy with the latest equipment, including the AlterG anti-gravity treadmill, to maximise functional recovery.
Our neuro physio team works alongside neurologists, GPs and your wider care team, and often alongside our occupational therapy and exercise physiology clinicians. Where a plan funds it, this care is delivered through NDIS physiotherapy. Programs are intensive, goal-led, and built around what matters most to you.

Neurological physiotherapy specialises in treating conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord and nervous system. At Aevum, we use advanced equipment including the Motek C-Mill VR to retrain movement patterns, improve balance and rebuild functional independence.
Is neuro physio the same as neurological rehabilitation?
Yes — they describe the same care. "Neuro physio" and "neurological physiotherapy" are the everyday terms people search for, while "neurological rehabilitation" is the broader clinical term for the whole program, which may also include occupational therapy and exercise physiology. At Aevum, all of it is delivered through our NeuroHub service in Kirrawee and Helensburgh.
